TMB are very pleased to announce the renewal of their agreement with Aimbridge EMEA to provide IT managed Services to their properties. TMB have been working with Aimbridge EMEA (formerly known as Interstate Hotels and Resorts) since 2012. This new agreement will run until 2025 and will ensure that the hotels and corporate users will receive the best in-class IT support and management.
The TMB team work very closely with the Aimbridge teams in EMEA and the US and support all queries and incidents regarding PCs, laptops, servers, firewalls, emails, printers, and cyber security events. We are also responsible for the deployment of many aspects of the Aimbridge Global Info Security Programme and the proactive monitoring of networks to ensure that they are efficient and secure, including backup and disaster recovery services in the event of an incident.
