APM
Our Project Management team is APM certified and operates in line with the Association for Project Management (APM) Body of Knowledge. This provides a structured approach to governance, stakeholder engagement and risk management across complex hospitality technology projects. It’s underpinned by extensive hospitality delivery experience, including refurbishments, new openings, transitions and multi‑stakeholder programmes.
Working with your design team TMB will ask the right questions to make sure all your systems work together. We understand your brand requirements & we will work with you to agree the solutions that meet your budget & deliver the services in the way you want them to.
TMB have excellent relationships with hotel technology suppliers. We can write & administer the RFP process for all aspects of your technology; PMS, POS, IPTV, HSIA, IT, Access Control, CCTV, Infrastructure, WAN, LAN & everything in between, we can arrange the procurement for your project.
Coordinating multiple vendors to arrive on site at the right time, in the right order, can be a headache & lead to delays & variations. TMB have unparalleled experience in managing this aspect on projects & can shoulder this responsibility, making sure that projects are signed-off on time & on budget.
