Tony Burton
Managing Director

Tony has been Managing Director of TMB since 2001 and enjoys running the business on a day to day basis. He is passionate about making technology work for our customers and is responsible for developing the team to drive the business forward through improving people, solutions and processes. Tony enjoys getting to know and understand our customers and getting the solutions just right to meet their technology needs.

Annette Blair
Financial Controller

Annette joined TMB in 1996 and is responsible for the delivery of all our financial services; budgeting, reporting, accounts payable and payroll. In addition to her core finance duties Annette also manages HR and fleet management. With a detailed and boundless knowledge of our customers Annette loves to make sure that our customers get the right information in a timely manner, as well as helping to look after all of the TMB team.

Craig Shoebridge
Director of Operations

Craig joined TMB in 2017 & has responsibility for the service desk, engineering & the project delivery teams. Craig has 20 years’ experience of helpdesk & MSP service management & is driven to ensure that our customers’ existing & new systems work efficiently & effectively from day one & ensure service issues are resolved. Craig is highly motivated to ensure the key metrics his teams are measured by translates to first class customer service.

Gary Bristow
Director of Business Development

Gary joined TMB in 2018 and is responsible for growing the business through new sales and business development. Gary has a wealth of experience, working in the hospitality sector since 1992, and more specifically within technology design and provision since 2000. Skilled in many areas, including wired / wireless networks, telephony, HSIA, IPTV and consultancy, Gary is passionate about providing the best solution and great customer service.

Graeme Gilmour
Technical Director

Graeme has been involved in telecommunications for 26 years & has been with TMB since 2008. As the Technical Director he brings his wealth of knowledge in the industry to ensure we are supplying the leading products that fall in line with our company vision. Graeme has a vast experience in hospitality IT & Telephony and is constantly evolving our technical solutions to meet the ever-changing customer needs.

Liz Vickers
Head of Account Management

Liz has worked for TMB since 1995.  Initially employed as an accounts administrator, after a break to look after two young children in 2000, returned to TMB to work in the sales department as an account manager.  Liz enjoys working with our customers and helping them with their technology needs and is now responsible for the account management team within TMB.
