End of Year Message 2025


2025 has been another exceptional year for TMB as we continue to strengthen our position as the leading Hospitality MSP and trusted security partner for hotels around the world. Throughout the year we have remained focused on delivering outstanding service, supporting our customers, and investing in the people, technology, and capabilities that keep hotels secure and empowered.

This year we have placed even greater focus on strengthening our security services in response to the rising volume and sophistication of global threats. We introduced our managed SOC service to multiple clusters, expanding proactive monitoring and response across our global customer base. We also established our 24/7 SOC team which has enabled round‑the‑clock protection for customers operating across many time zones and significantly enhancing our ability to safeguard hotels.

This year we renewed our ISO 27001 certification which combined with our SOC 2 Type 1 accreditation, reaffirms our commitment to the highest standards of security, governance, and operational excellence. These achievements also demonstrate the strength of our processes and security posture.

Our international presence has continued to grow, and we are proud to now support customers in fifty‑five countries. This expansion reflects the trust placed in us by long‑standing customers as well as the new hotel groups choosing TMB as their technology and security provider. It has been a privilege to welcome new customers to TMB while continuing to support the many organisations that have partnered with us for years.

This year also brought significant recognition for the work of our teams. At the Channel Awards 2025, we were honoured to receive MSP of the Year EMEA, Specialist MSP of the Year, and Cloud Transformation Project of the Year — a testament to the dedication, expertise, and innovation demonstrated across the business.

As always, I want to express my sincere thanks to the TMB team for their professionalism, dedication, and hard work throughout the year. I would also like to extend my appreciation to our customers, partners, and suppliers for their continued trust and collaboration. Your support is central to everything we achieve.

As I look ahead to 2026, I do so with confidence and ambition. The hospitality industry continues to evolve, and TMB remains committed to helping our customers navigate that change with secure, reliable, and forward‑thinking technology solutions.
